Executive Team
Leilani Doyle
President and CEO, is the lead visionary and driver
behind Citation Solutions, a boutique Internet
solutions company focusing on Internet Solutions
for financial institutions, B2B, B2C and wireless
applications. During her 3 year tenure at Citation
Solutions, Leilani instituted Internet initiatives
with Bloomberg.com, the National Automated Clearing
House Association, Concentrex, a leading provider
of software for financial institutions, and Watsco,
the world's largest HVAC distributor.
From 1994 through 1997, Leilani was Senior Product
Manager for Concentrex, Inc., where she lead the
design, construction and market roll-out for the
Electronic Payments products and the Stargate
middleware product lines. Leilani began her career
at First City National Bank, the largest financial
institution in Texas at the time, where she held
numerous executive positions, including positions
in the national lending area and also as Vice President
of treasury management information reporting and
electronic funds transfer products.
Leilani is a recognized leader in Internet payment
initiatives, a member of the Association of Financial
Professionals, the National Automated Clearing House
Association, the Gulf Coast EDI Users Group and various
other industries' associations. She is on the faculty
of the Payments Institute where she teaches sessions
on Internet Payment standards and initiatives. She is
a published author in numerous trade journals and a
frequent speaker at national-level industry forums.
Ms. Doyle holds a BA in English from the University
of Texas.
William M. Jeter, III
William M. Jeter, Chairman, leads the company's
financial and marketing strategies. He has a broad
financial background beginning with Ernst and Young
and specializing in acquisitions and in SEC
registrations. He has performed as CFO with three
other companies, including two public firms. He
was with Petrolon, Inc., a manufacturer, distributor,
and marketer of engine treatment and automotive
products where he helped take the company from
$12 million in volume to over $100 million in
only four years. During this time, he was promoted
from CFO to Chief Executive Officer.
Appointed by the Speaker of the House, Mr. Jeter
is an Executive Committee member of the Office
of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA). Further,
he is Vice Chairman of the Governing Board of
the Texas Automobile Insurance Plan Association.
Mr. Jeter is on the Board of Directors of Boys
and Girls Harbor, Business Arts Fund, and Houstonians
for MORE. Past board memberships include the
United Way, Arthritis Foundation and Muscular
Dystrophy Association.
