Personal Information
Ms. Seaman enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening and "training" her seven grandchildren. She volunteered with the United Way of Houston and served on the Allocations Committee for several years. Ms. Seaman has also volunteered with the Houston Independent School District's VIP program tutoring non-English speaking children.
Of her chosen career, she says that "Training is the most rewarding job a person could have. Every time you stand in front of a group of eager and excited participants the materials you are teaching become brand new even if you have taught the same class a number of times. Nothing compares with the feeling of seeing the light of knowledge turn on as the information received becomes clear and understood by the attendees. Training is the backbone of any organization and can increase productivity and efficiency as well as showing people the way to achieve their goals and maintain the highest standards. I cannot think of any other job that has personal fulfillment that training offers."
